And – I did a quick little video on how to put this card together – if you’d like to see it – click here! □Īnd…I’ve also created a printable PDF with written instructions and a list of the products used to create this project. …and I added a little more of the Painted Christmas DSP to the envelope flap.Įt Voila! Well – this little Trees For Sale stamp set – and the available-for-free-with-$100-purchase-only-while-supplies-last Tree Lot Dies – have come thru again! I love the little Charlie Brown tree against the Whimsical Woodland 3D Embossed panel, don’t you?! And those stamped trees are some of my favorite trees ever! So cute and so simple! It’s also cool that the triple-point fun fold is as easy as it is fun!! □ Then I added the second-step image in stamped-off-once Garden Green… These are two-step images and I stamped the first one – the detailed image – in full strength Garden Green. My Basic White Medium Envelope got a couple of the Trees For Sale trees on the front. Once the Glue “set” – it made a perfect little easel for the card! Using Liquid Glue on just one half of the folded square, I adhered it to the bottom of the middle square on the back – aligning the bottom edges. I snipped a little off one point to make a straight edge for the easel. To make the easel, I used my Paper Trimmer to score on the diagonal of a 3″ x 3″ piece of Thick Basic White cardstock. Then I added a few Sweet Sorbet 2022-2024 In Color Matte Dots and the card front was done. I used Liquid Glue to adhere each of the words to the card front. On a piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock, I stamped the Trees For Sale sentiment in Garden Green and used Paper Snips to cut out the three words. Then I used the little Tree Lot Dies pine-bough dies to cut four Garden Green boughs – and a gold Brushed Metallic cardstock star – which I adhered with little dabs of Liquid Glue. I adhered the cross-stand and then the tree to the middle of the center panel with Liquid Glue. ![]() This is one die that cuts both shapes at once! Using the Tree Lot Dies, I cut a Soft Suede “tree” and an Early Espresso cross-stand. I adhered the matted panel to a Thick Basic White square and then used Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere it between the other two diamonds – again ensuring that the bottom tips were all aligned. I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock in the Whimsical Woodland 3D Embossing Folder and matted it on a piece of Sweet Sorbet using Liquid Glue. Using Liquid Glue where the two squares overlapped, I adhered them together. I placed the two matted panels inside the rectangle in a diamond orientation – making sure that the bottom points of both squares were aligned and that everything remained within the 6″ long rectangle! I drew a rectangle on my grid paper – 4 1/4″ tall by 6″ long – and used it as a “boundary” for assembling the card. I started by matting two pieces of Painted Christmas DSP on Sweet Sorbet mats and then adhering each matted panel to a Thick Basic White cardstock square. This is the card I made last night on my YouTube live – if you were able to join me for it – I appreciate that! And – if you’d like to watch the replay to see how to put this one together, here ’tis! I really didn’t! But – I had to! This one is a much quicker card than the LAST one I made – see it right here – so…there’s that! I added the pretty awesome Painted Christmas DSP – and some Whimsical Woodland 3D Embossing, too! Take a look-see:Īnd this one fits right inside a regular A2 envelope, too! □□□ ![]() ![]() Now – on a totally non-pizza note, let’s talk card! I did NOT mean to go back to the Trees For Sale stamp set and the Tree Lot Dies (a FREE Sale-a-Bration goody!) so quickly. Good morning, everyone – how goes your weekend?! We’ve stayed pretty close to home – today’s plan includes “baking in” our new pizza oven!! Whoo-hoo! Yep, we finally pulled the trigger on a portable oven I’ve had my eye on since we started making pizza…a LOT!…cuz…PIZZA OVEN!! □□□ And – once we do the seasoning, we’re going to give it a test run for dinner tonight.
